NextHome Kel Mitchell proudly introduces Adria Gaines of Project Navy Blue to its Builder Partner Program. In November of 2017, during a business planning session and after successfully turning a profit on several properties for a builder partner, NextHome Kel Mitchell decided it was time to dedicate more resources towards new construction. Kelvin Mitchell, the Broker and Chief Visioneer at NextHome Kel Mitchell led the charge. "We have a ton of new construction experience in our office, so it only made sense for us to create an entire division dedicated to serving our builders," says Mitchell.

Jenny Walton, Marketing Director at NextHome Kel Mitchell loves the idea of bringing a new builder to the Huntsville Market. "It felt right from the very beginning. Adria M. Gaines is the owner and operator of Project Navy Blue, LLC – a design and build business – established in 2016. Adria’s journey into construction began in college where she studied Building Construction at Georgia Tech, graduating with honors. She furthered her education at the University of Alabama, Birmingham (UAB) with a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering. Adria has a passion for sustainable building and is certified as a LEED Green Associate. Adria enjoys the challenge of building a sustainable home that is tastefully styled.

Out shinning her education and work experience is Adria’s exuberant energy, attention to detail in all of her projects, and elevated expectations to deliver on quality.
